Works For Me
I was tired of the same old fitness tapes. Thought why not learn yoga in the buff? The simplicity and pace of this video helped me understand the various poses and positions. The female narrator has a great soothing voice. The attractive ladies are helpful and visually easy to follow in each yoga lesson. Some people may think this is a silly video. I found this approach to yoga professional and motivating. My husband seems to like it too. I'm glad we bought it.

I learned yoga from this video
I don't know if this is a good tape or not. It's the only
yoga tape I have. My husband bought it for me as a joke, but
I actually like the work out. I've never done yoga and while
I don't enjoy doing it, I feel so good afterwards. My husband
was disappointed in the nude models. He thinks I'm prettier,
but wouldn't he have to say that????

Good attempt.
Overall I liked the video, The models were limber, meticulous and fluid, but they did not seem all too familiar with the material, it almost seemed rehearsed. I think if the models and director would communicate better the video would be excellent. I like the idea of a nude Yoga video, especially if its done with a sincere desire to indorse Yoga and in my opinion I believe this video makes a good attempt at it. I hope in the near future there will be a revised version but with better video quality.
