The biggest box office comic movie really brought the genre to the mainstream with force. It's also an amazingly well made film that didn't sacrafice the source material to make an incredible film.

Based on the strip and life of Harvey Pekar, Paul Giamatti is excellent as the down-trodden hero fo the film and the in-and-out nature of the fimmaking shadows the life of Pekar quite well.

Del Toro's Blade sequel is a lot different from Norrington's, showcasing much more action a more sci-fi element to the darkness of NYC. Not as good as the first, it is still a great vampire flick.

An indie book and a movie that bombed at the box office. The movie isn't that great, though worth a few laughs from Sean William Scott. The opening fight scene is what makes the movie worth watching.

I'm a sucker for DJ Qualls and Donal Logue, plus all of the comic talk and appearances of rare books just makes this flick fun to watch on a rainy Saturday afternoon.

A direct-to-DVD animated film, Lady Death's origin is retold. The animation works as a sort fo mix of anime' and Amaerican animation. Storyline is nothing spectacular, but it's worth watching anyway.

The original 80s version with Dolph Lundgren didn't even have the skull insignia! This was a poor man's Punisher but is fun for nostalgia and to laugh at.

The sequel was much the same as the first, but a lot more fun. It didn't hold the same weight as the first, but it was more a good time sort of ride with the Kryptonian villains.
