Still the best batman ever made, and among the greatest shows ever on television. The art direction, scripts and style of the show are groundbreaking and hold up after repeated viewings. The series constantly seems to reinvent itself and still stay true to classic stories from the comics while updating them for new audiences. All four volumes worth on DVD are priceless.

At once a fantastic sequel and a rebirth to a classic franchise, Bryan Singer balances the fantastic visual elements along with a very identifiable and personal story for the man of steel. An instant classic which raises the bar for future comic book adaptations.

The best "X-Men" movie, bar none, because it both stays faithful to the source material and characters, yet does a largely original story (besides phoenix) which is profoundly personal and which also features much imporved action sequences and effects from the first film.

Just a wonderful jewel of an amazing movie with an outstanding script which boiled down a very wordy and heavy graphic novel. Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman are amazing in this film and the films editing is very underrated.

A show that just kept getting better with each episode. Season 2 in particular is just amazing, and the show manages to faithfully modernize these classic heroes.

Its hard to get a more faithful adaption to a comic book than "Sin City", which was co-written and directed by the comics creator/artist Frank Miller. The 4 stories blend together well and the cast and visual effects are all top notch. A great movie to just sit back and experience.

Still to this day one of the best and most faithful comic book movies and origin tales ever made, this film is great in everyway. Christopher Reeves is still amazing to me.

A very fun, and well made flick. The script is very good and well paced. The art direction and mood of the movie are both top notch. I really like Reeves in this one.

A clunky film with some great material in it which makes it more than worth watching. The film is a logical conclusion to the main plot the film trilogy chose to focus on ("the cure") and also the dark phoneix sub-plot is adaquetly done (although deserved a movie in and of itself to properly breath in). The action is well done and the new characters are a welcome addition.

About the only thing "Justice League" didn't have going for it was the expanded line-up of supporting heroes and villians, which "Unlimited" more than had at its disposal. Season 1 picks up where the greatness of "Justice League" Season 2 left off, and just kicks into another gear with outstanding stories. Unfortunetly, Season 2 of "unlimited" leaves much to be desired.

Most peoples choice for best in the "Blade" trilogy, and I can see why. The film is by far the most entertaining and funny in the series, and has the best cast of the three films. The Dracula plot takes awhile to get going, but has a great payoff. Just a fun movie.

A great style and classic feel makes this show withstand the crtical eye of time. I still love to occassionaly pop this in on a rainy saturday morning and get lost in this great old show.

Still one of the most memorable movies from my childhood, and one of the better "Batman" films to date. Jack Nicholson is amazing as the "Joker" and the whole look and feel Tim Burton accomplishes in this film are breathtaking.

"Hulk Smash!"...well, sort of. When the movie does focus on the action, its breathtaking and a real joy to watch. The cast is great, but seems to be lost in a very wordy and long script. Would've been nicer to see more of the Hulk.

Another great movie which has a great cast and boiled down script from a much longer and more confusing graphic novel. Johnny Depp is (as always) outstanding in the lead role, and the look and feel of the movie makes for a unique experience.

Never read the comic, but this is a great and funny little piece of animation based of of Mike Mignola's comic book. It more accurately captures the style of his work than the "Hellboy" animated features do.

Not the "X-Men" movie I always wished for by any means, but one that somewhat faithfully introduces us to this world and its characters. Specific scenes are either very good or downright awful, which makes for an uneasy experience watching it.

I only recently saw this again for the first time in about a decade, and I was surprised how fun it is. The costumes (and budget) are obviously not as good, but the story is very good and the action is more on par with the first film.

I love the style of this flick, I just wish they kept the script a little tighter in spots, but still..Marvel is doing good things with these animated movies. This one is my fav so far.

Tim Burton manages a very stylized and unique sequel with new locales and villians. The script is iffy, and the whole final act kinda blows, but the lead up to it and the interraction between the 3 leads (Batman, Penguin and Catwoman) are all very good.
