An amazing book
I am a doula, so I have read most of the books available about birth. This is one of the most amazing books I have read on the topic. Another book I have read by Penny is A Midwife's Story and it is just as phenomenal.
This book would not be helpful for someone looking for basic knowledge about the process of birth, but for those who have a basic understanding already and would like to explore the topic of birth more, I highly recommend this book.
