Fumio Matsuo is one of Japan's best known international journalists. Born in Tokyo 1933. Foreign correspondent in Washington for Kyodo 1964-69, and as Bureau Chief 1981-84.

Wonderful Cookbook
I have most of Joanna Lund's cookbooks and they are all wonderful. All of the nutrition information is included so if you are a Weight Watcher it is very easy to figure your points. I haven't made a recipe of hers that I didn't like.
