Cute, Cheap and good sound
I've played bamboo flute for 40 years, just bought this recorder here. It's a cute one, good sound and cheap price

Not for the serious music lover.
This recorder is very basic and only for the person that does not care about sound and play. The sound is bad and it is relatively hard to blow into the rocorder to produce a sound. Almost like it was obstructed. I bought this instrument for my 5 y/o daughter to start playing, but even for a child that young, I wouldn't recommend it. It is just too cheap!

Poor sound quality
I really liked the idea of a wood recorder for my daughter instead of plastic, but the sound is very hit or miss. Some notes are ok, others are terrible. Very hard for a child to learn to play on such an inconsistant instrument.
