Good product at good price
I replaced a Moen dispenser with this one. Like other reviewers of this and similar products, I believe ALL return springs need to be stronger. That is true with this as well. My solution was to thin the soap with a small amount of water. It now works great, the pump returns promptly ready for the next shot of soap.
The new pump fit perfectly with no modifications needed and looks just like the original pump.
It is only 1.5 months old so I'll revisit this if I have trouble with a year.
Great Danze product, as usual!
The dispenser installed in a snap and is very easy to fill. I like the size of the spout (I guess that's what you call it)--not too long, like some, but long enough to reach entirely into the kitchen sink. It looks great with my stainless steel faucet!
Nice dispenser, looks great on the sink
It looks great on the sink and works well with thinner soaps. I believe it needs a stronger return spring. Cold days and thick soap makes it VERY slow to pump.
