Customer Reviews
solid kit but mono output only?
I may be doing something wrong but this mic only appears capable of doing mono input. Only one channel shows up. It shows two output channels which is even more odd. Regardless, this mic will do a fine job recording podcasts. Includes a 3' (est.) USB cable for the mic. Headphones are comfortable and do a decent job blocking out external sound.
Works great and is easy ....but
This is a very nice piece of equipment. It installs quickly and is very easy. It is very easy to work with and the mic is excellent, I would recommend it highly. There is only one catch, the headphones come with a HUGE jack and you have to find an adapter to reduce it if you want to use it on your computer. It's well worth the money.
Great kit for casual/business use
I bought the kit for the microphone... I didn't really need the headphones, but they are a nice bonus.
I use the mic mainly for screencast videos, and it works great. It has much better sound quality than my old mic, which cost me less than $30 if I recall. It has a lot less static, and isolates my voice a lot better than my old mic.
The base is nice and heavy, which I like.
