Official Stetson® US Cavalry Hat preferred by Cav Troopers. Crown is 4 1/4 inches, Brim is 3 inches. Comes with chin strap. Need to buy the acorn separately for the appropriate rank and/or specialty. Regimental cross sabers also sold separately. See the Cavalry section within the hat department for complete selection of Cavalry products. Stetson Cavalry hat is 100 percent 3X Fur Felt. Spray your hat with a water and stain protector to minimize spotting from body oils and water. Brush the brim and crown counter-clockwise (as you hold your hat with the back of the hat facing the floor) with the direction of the fur nap and the top of the crown front to back. nice product, just what i expected. the only difference is that expected the rim to be a bit wider. but the hat looks great, feels good on the head, and is very comfortable to wear compared to my previous one
