Avril isn't in this dvd2
This is a crappy dvd. If youre looking for live performances of avril and interviews with her, dont buy this dvd. But if you are looking for a brief history of how avril became famous you should buy this dvd.

The 10 minute video clip on Avril's CD is better than this DVD!
Don't get me wrong, I love Avril and all... Just this has a lot of boring stuff about her home like and she dosn't even talk hardly at all in the WHOLE thing!

Like Trying To Sit Through A History Movie In High School.1
What do fans of their favorite stars really want in a dvd documentary? It's obvious, they want to see interviews of the actual stars, actual footage with the stars themselves, and the actual music performed by the stars. Yet, this DVD fails in all aspects. As a huge Avril collector myself, I had to re-sell this one. Being a non-authentic, we usually expect more, we expect to see things and hear things about our star that we think we can't find anywhere else, but with this dvd, we get less. Backround music is Avril's songs; all played instrumental by other bands and not to mention really annoying. The quality of the picture is like a VHS tape; old-school and at times, fuzzy. We see photos, tons of them of avril, none as stills, but no actual footage from an Avril concert or of Avril herself. This was like sitting through one of those boring history movies in high school where we had to pop caffeine just to stay awake. Okay, let me say something positive. If you are a true Avril collector and must have everything Avril related, then you are going to buy it, regardless. If you are looking for her history and what let up to her success, it's all here and fully documented; way to the point of an interview from the owner of a guitar/music store where she frequently hung out. We learn how she won the award to become famous, we learn her hangouts, and how she looked in high school, yet never to see her. Well documented disappointment due to the fact of not seeing her in live video, other bands trying to perform her songs in the background and poor quality resolution. I have given several dvds like this full stars, but this one I just can't, but my heart always goes out to Avril.
