I LOVE THE PRODUCT BUT PAID EXTRA FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING, WHEN I COULD HAVE GOTTEN STANDARD FOR FREE. WE DIDN'T RECEIVE IT FOR OVER A WEEK, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME FOR STANDARD. I TRIED TO COMPLAIN TO SEVERAL PEOPLE, BUT NO ONE LISTENED, AND I WAS NOT GIVEN MY MONEY BACK FOR THE EXTRA SHIPPING.
