This book is 672 pages, which I think is the longest, most comprehensive on this entire list. That is why it is also the most expensive. Other contributers include Erick Lindgren, Paul Wasicka, Todd Brunson, and Evelyn Ng. It contains a lot of essays on small ball strategy.
