Simply Wonderful
I got the book at the airport on the way to New Orleans...I cried, I laughed, I thought. The stories make you think is this where I am suppose to be? Is this the person I am suppose to marry? Is is my career? Am I being all that God intends for me to be? If my life ended today would I have accomplished all that I wanted to accomplish. I can't wait to read the others.
Joy of Sharing
This book was absolutely the best thing that could happen to a woman who loves sharing her life with others. The stories were uplifting and gentle...the kind you share with your best friend when you are cozily chatting over a piece of pie and coffee. Having the book near makes it always possible to share a moment with a friend.
Give this book to your sisters and friends!
You will be able to relate and connect to the people who have written these poems and powerful confessions. Just like chocolate this book soothes your spirit when not much else can. So on the heaviest day of your period after you've been laid off and your husband of boyfriend has left you and your dog doesn't even like you and you feel like a horrible mother and total failure: On that day read this book and you will know that you can cope. Very rich and comforting to digest. I also recommend Something More: Excavating Your Authentic Self by Sarah Ban Breathnach. Both are wonderful.
