I was born and raised in the Catholic Church and at age 22 began practicing Transcendental Meditation. This book, Divine Healing of Mind and Body, is the one book that best knits together my experience in both of those spiritual disciplines. This is a must read for all who are interested in understanding how Jesus the Christ came to teach all of us how to attain the same Christ-Consciousness that he lived while physically on this planet. I have read and reread this book almost yearly for the past 30 years. The only book that I have read as often, and can recommend as highly, is the Bhagavad Gita as translated by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of Transcendental Meditation. You will rapidly hasten your experience of the one Spirit that is Life itself when you read Divine Healing of Mind and Body. I have given copies to friends and strangers.
