Product Description

The book "Living on Light" offers the possibility and maintained by the Universal Life Force also called Prana. Some saints and sages have done this before, but now the time has come, when everyone can do this for themselves. The Australian author Jasmuheen has not eaten any food for 5 years. This book describes how this came to her and a special 21-day process to convert the body to the new way of being sustained. It explains in details from a metaphysical view, how the body works and methods for selfhealing, regeneration and rejuvenation. Breatharians get nourished from the purest source, the Universal Life Force which contains all bodily needs. It is not necessary to have a certain religion or belief system to do the process. The process is at least a way to listen and connect with the inner voice.

People who have undergone this 21-day process have increased their health and life quality tremendously. They are more connceted to the Power within, and can heal emotional pain from childhood. People facilitating energy-work have stated, more clarity comes with this process and enhances their work. The energy level gets much higher because there is no waste of energy from digestion. Most people report, they reqire much less sleep.

There are so many benefits to be free from the addiction of food, personal and also from a global view and this can become a revolutionary form of nourishment for the new millennium. If someone has gone through the process and can maintaining non-eating, they can choose to eat for pleasure. This book is transformational in it's content, not so much about eating or not.

As mentioned, while I have never been guided to physically help others undergo this 21-day process, due to the continual interest being expressed in being able to be sustained purely from the etheric realms and no longer eat, I am guided to offer as much information as possible However I personally feel that if you need to ask anyone if this journey is for you, you are not ready. Seek only the confirmation from the Inner Teacher. If you do not have clear inner guidance, you are not ready.

The following 21-day process is for individuals who have a deep 'knowing' it is for them. It is for people already connected with the voice of intuition. The process will strengthen this connection. I recommend that it be approached as a Sacred Initiation: Dedicate this journey to merging with the God within so that the Divine may be fully expressed through your four-body system and sustain you by Her/His Light. This is the path of the goddess and the warrior. A time of solitude. A time of knowing that while you physically take this journey alone, you are not alone. For under the ascension paradigm you will call to y our presence the energies of the Ascended Ones to work with the Inner Teacher and many gifts will be given and much learning gained if you allow it.

Some of the people I meet during my travels ask if they can continue to work or socialize during the 21-day process. Those who are ready are aware that it is a time of honoring. They understanding the power of this initiation. Such an idea would not even occur to them.

I have watched many undergo this process and then return to eating. The reasons for this are varied. Sometimes it is because they give in to social pressures a subject we will return to at the end of this book. Sometimes it is because they were originally drawn to undergo this journey to lose weight which is not an adequate motivation.

Before attempting the 21-day process, become aware of what is motivating you. Do the questionnaire. In essence this is a high level esoteric initiation.
It is not about eating or not eating.
It is primarily about the aligning of the energies of the I AM Presence. The fact that one no longer has to eat is simply a by-product of this initiation
. The information in the next chapter is quoted verbatim from booklets issued by Charmaine Harley in Adelaide, South Australia. Charmaine and others were instrumental in acting as both care-givers and clear-givers to many since they themselves underwent the process in 1994.

In a recent conversation with Charmaine she said that, as with everything, it is important to use individual discernment. It is not imperative to have a care-giver or clear-giver but she feels it can be helpful. Charmaine is no longer personally involved in overseeing the 21-day process.

Again I personally feel that if you feel the need for a clear-giver, you are not ready. You must know. The only one who can advise you is yourself. If you are a tuned instrument then you will not suffer confusion during this process. If you have enough mind mastery and have prepared your bodies, you will not get weak or drained.

It is important to recognize and eliminate limiting beliefs. If you expect to lose weight you will. You need to reprogram the body to stabilize weight at the perfect level to demonstrate and express the essence of the I AM, fully merged into physical reality. Reprogramming before you start is much easier than losing lots of weight and then trying to regain the weight through the power of intention or through reverting to eating.

It is my recommendation that you prepare the body in an honoring way to guarantee ease and pleasure in this transition process. Some individuals go out to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner for weeks before, enjoying their fill of all that they love to eat, feeling it will be their last meal. Then when they do the 21-day process they suffer great discomfort through release of toxicity etc.

We recommend a gradual elimination of red meat, then white meat, then to go to raw foods, then soups and liquids and then begin the 21 days with a clean and tuned system. How long it takes to go from meat to raw foods and then liquids is up to each individual. Do it in a way that gives joy and comfort. The body will guide you if you listen.

Having been involved as a 'pioneer' in this process, then witnessing many others, I have found that the more tuned people are to their inner spirit and body consciousness, the easier the journey has been and the greater the likelihood of their adapting it as a way of life, and not a short term adventure.

Too many contradictions1
I am not trying to belittle any of the followers of the author but I just have a hard time believing in this notion when it's constantly contradicted. For instance the author makes a bold statement that she has gone years without food and then in the next few chapters indicates she has tea and crackers. I don't know about anyone else but the statement without food means just that WITHOUT FOOD. Not some food sometime. Nothing wrong with the ideas but it's not grounded enough in reality. What would have been better is more a fundamental approach to how it's actually done.

Fraud and sham, almost died herself...1
When the Australian television programme 60 Minutes challenged her to demonstrate how she can live without food and water, the supervising medical professional Dr Beres Wenck found that after just 48 hours, Greve displayed the physical symptoms of acute dehydration, stress and high blood pressure. Greve claimed that this was a result of 'polluted air'. On day 3, Greve was moved to a mountainside retreat about 15 miles from the city, where she was filmed enjoying the fresh air she said she could now live on happily. However, as the filming progressed, her speech slowed, her pupils dilated and she lost over a stone (6 kg) in weight. After 4 days Greve acknowledged that she had lost weight but stated that she felt fine, despite Dr. Wenck telling her, "You are now quite dehydrated, probably over 10%, getting up to 11%". The doctor also announced, "Her pulse is about double what it was when she started. The risks if she goes any further are kidney failure."[1]

Greve's condition did not thereby improve in the opinion of the medical professionals involved, despite her insistence to the contrary, and they decided that continuing the experiment would be highly dangerous and ultimately fatal. The film crew subsequently concurred with Dr. Wenck's opinions and ceased the experiment, claiming that she was deluded. Greve has since stated on her website that the program's presenter Richard Carleton, together with Dr. Wenck and the program's producers, conspired to discredit her with fabricated evidence.

She is quoted by the Correx Archives as saying, regarding how much she eats:[2]

Generally not much at all. Maybe a few cups of tea and a glass of water, but now and then if I feel a bit bored and I want some flavour, then I will have a mouthful of whatever it is I'm wanting the flavour of. So it might be a piece of chocolate or it might be a mouthful of a cheesecake or something like that.

When given her brief moments of media attention, Greve has stated that she has lived on approximately 300 calories per day for the last twelve years, maintaining full health through supplementing a fluid intake with 'cosmic particles' or micro-food, for which she has appropriated the word prana. Greve has also - confusingly - stated that she has not yet mastered the ability to be fluid-free for more than short periods.

She was awarded the Bent Spoon Award by Australian Skeptics in 2000 ("presented to the perpetrator of the most preposterous piece of paranormal or pseudoscientific piffle").[3] She was also awarded the 2000 Ig Nobel Prize for Literature for her book Pranic Nourishment -- Living on Light, "which explains that although some people do eat food, they don't ever really need to."[4]

Greve states that her beliefs are based on the writings and "more recent channelled material" of the Count of St Germain.[5] She claims that her DNA has expanded from 2 to 12 strands, to "absorb more hydrogen". The extra strands of DNA have not, of course, been demonstrated, and in fact when offered $30,000 to prove her claim with a blood test, she stated that "you cannot view spiritual energy under a microscope." She claims that such a challenge is a deliberate attack on her beliefs, and refuses to act as an example of her claimed paranormal attributes.[2]

The Ultimate in Health Silliness1
I was given this book as a gift by a more nutty member of my family, and after carefully browsing through it, I have only this to say: if you waste good money on this utter sillines for any other reason than laughs or using it as research material on the more stupid health fads, you have only yourself to blame. Btw, following it's ideas can make you a candidate for a Darwin Award....
