Beautiful Fixture for the Price!
We installed this faucet after replacing our countertops. It is lovely however, the spray nozzle doesn't want to go all the way up into the facuet and the soap dispenser continues to drip soap after you let up on it. Not enough to pull it back out and return it but it is beautiful to look at!

Broken handle
We had a 2 handle Hanover faucet that we really liked, so when we were remodeling our kitchen, and needed a one handle version, this model seemed like a no-brainer. At first I liked it even better (my husband still preferred the 2 handle version). Then the one handle snapped off. After a month of use. The part of the handle that screws in is still screwed in, but there is just no handle attached to it anymore. I'm giving it 2 stars rather than one, since I really did like the faucet--when it had a handle.

great faucet and great customer service
I just remodeled my kitchen and, after lots of looking around for an oil-rubbed bronze faucet, finally chose the Price Pfister Hanover with soap dispenser. I absolutely love the faucet! Works great, no splashing, love the pull-down feature and the spray option. My only complaint was that the soap dispenser leaks. The slight curve up and then downwards bend meant that gravity always caused a blob of soap to be in my sink. I e mailed Price Pfister's customer service and explained that I loved the faucet but not the soap dispenser. I got not only an immediate reply but an offer to have the dispenser replaced by one from the Ashfield line. It arrived a few days later and indeed there is no leaking. Now I am not only impressed with the faucet but with the company's commitment to customer service. This has made a Price Pfister fan out of me!
