Not what I expected.
Coming from the Better Business Bureau, I was expecting something to teach me about the "business" aspect of operating an ebay business. What I got was more info on how to actually set up auctions and sell on ebay. I already had 2 fine books that walk you through those steps quite adequately; I didn't need a third. There are some helpful things (charts and lists) that my other books didn't have, so it wasn't a complete loss. Not a bad book if you need help with the nuts and bolts of ebay. But if you want something to help you out from a business aspect, look elsewheres.
