Customer Reviews

What a deal for $1005
I've had these lights for a year and a half, and never turned them off. They've made it through two Ohio winters and most still operate on the initial batteries. I had one unit break at the base - the plastic insert isn't the greatest design, but the mfg. sent us a new light at no charge. The lights themselves are high quality aluminum, and look very nice compared to much of the plastic garbage you see at big box stores. When the lights fail to shine for 3-4 hours at sundown, replacing the inexpensive rechargable batteries is a quick, simple task. The light output is very good, and glows a preferred bluish white instead of a yellowish white. Highly recommended. Nice product that adds very nice curb appeal.

1 light is dead, other than that, it's great4
I purchased this 15 piece solar light set to brighten up my backyard at night. I was realy excited about adding beautiful lights. The lights were very easily to set up and I had then planted around the entire backyard during the afternoon, and had to wait one whole day for the solar energy to be absorbed before they can emit light in the dark.

Overall I would say that I was happy with the results. Only one light didn't work, but I was too lazy to simply return one light and go through the trouble.

Good only if you have lots of direct sun3
These are of good quality and low cost, but be aware of 2 things. These particular ones prefer direct sun (not just light), and these particular ones, because they are very bright (2 LEDs), they do not run very late into the night. Also, their photo-sensors seem to be designed to make them turn on a bit too early in the eve (still light out), which cuts another 1/2 hour or so off their useful run time.
