Amazon.com Product Description
Enjoy an invigorating cardio workout in the comfort of your den or living room with the ProForm 860 Competitor treadmill. The 860's Mach Z 2.5-horsepower, commercial-grade motor is powerful enough for almost any fitness enthusiast, and is engineered to produce a maximum performance over time. The Grafixx display, meanwhile, includes a graphical workout matrix that makes it easy to continually measure your workout progress, helping you meet and exceed your fitness goals. The display tracks such information as calories, distance, elapsed time, speed, and pulse, with numbers at nearly 1 inch tall. The console can also display your heartbeat, or show an animated figure walking, jogging, or running through your workout with you. Perhaps the best feature for users, however, is the Competition Training Center, which allows you to stay motivated while experiencing the thrill of victory. The Competition Training Center lets you race head to head against a wide variety of virtual competitors, adding motivation, excitement, and determination to every workout.
Should you prefer to exercise at your own pace, the treadmill offers 20 personal trainer workouts and four Create and Save custom workouts, each focused on an aerobic, weight loss, or performance goal. You an also adjust your speed instantly (from 0 to 12 miles per hour) via the precision QuickSpeed control, and your incline from 0 to 12 percent through the patent-pending Quick Incline control. And as with any good treadmill, the ProForm 860 is easy on the joints thanks to the ProTech Plus cushioning under the 20-by-60-inch treadbelt. Other features include a dual-grip EKG heart rate monitor, Light Touch interactive controls, a folding frame for easy storage, and a 300-pound weight capacity.

Junk!
One-star rating only because zero-star rating is not an option.
I purchased a Pro Form 480 from SEARS. After seven months (approx. 50 hours of use) the push buttons have started to fail. Now I cannot slow the treadmill down, set it for 2 mph, turn the fan on, or use any of the built-in programmed workouts. I checked the manual and found out there's only a 90-day warranty. I believe this is ridiculous! The machine is designed for a half-hour use per day and only has a 90-day warranty. The construction of the machine is very poor: the control panel is very flimsy--very cheaply made.
Don't waste your money like I did. Buy some other treadmill. Pro Form is worthless junk.
