Customer Reviews
NO GOOD! Returned to Target along with 11 others that day.
This item for PS2 did not work, buttons were in the wrong places and then stopped responding at all. When I returned it to Target she told me she had already received 11 others returned the same day.
Lasted Only One Day
I got this controller for Christmas this year, and it worked great the first day. It felt great & I really liked the look. Fortunately, my girlfriend & I were able to complete a multi-player career in one day, because this controller stopped working properly afterwards. The green & red buttons became the yellow & blue buttons, and strumming didn't work at all. I followed the reset instructions multiple times but nothing happened.
When we returned it, we looked at Target for another one but the only one displayed was another one by the same brand. I asked the clerk about it & he said it was the only one they had. I told him about my problem, and he then admitted that he didn't recommend that brand. He used to work at Game Stop and suggested I pick up one from them. It's pretty telling how bad a product must be when the retailer is suggesting you shop elsewhere!
Everything Breaks
When I first hooked it up the whammy bar didn't work. Since I got it for Christmas I couldn't take it back right away so I used it anyway. The whammy bar started working about the time the tilt detector (accelerometer) stopped working. Eventually it started sending random signals to the PS2 and the game would detect all buttons being pressed at once and thus it was unusable.
