Protect that lens4
Go this for my Sanyo HD1000 MPEG4 camera. It screws onto the front of the lens and provide threads to screw on other filters or lenses. The stock lens cap that came with the camera can even be used with it. It is fairly small and only lengthens the front of the camera by about 1/8 inch or so.
