Anxious No More!
Wow! What a great resource this book has been for me. Being a small business owner has many challenges, anxieties, stresses... and Larina's book has been a tremendous read for me. Not only has it been awesome to me, but I will be ordering a copy for each of my employees as well. Thanks Larina for another great addition to my library!
Fabulous book!
This book is essential for anyone who works!! Prefectionism and anxiety often get in the way of our work performance. Dr. Kase coaches readers on ways to reduce stress in the workplace, leading to greater productivity and an increased sense of satisfaction and well-being. This book is really like having your own personal career coach "on call" at any time!
Helpful for clients
I recommended this book to a client with social anxiety, as an adjunct to therapy. She found the coaching tips to be very easy to understand, and easy to apply. Because this book is written in a way that is made for the general public, my client found it especially helpful that it wasn't shaming nor did it make her feel like she had a clinical disorder. I would definitely recommend it to therapists to use with their clients.
