Training whells for the sales process
This is a powerful book for a few reasons. The book is written in the form of a story which makes it easy to remember. The characters in the book are all people that we can relate to even though some of the characters are animals. The book is well written and it is short, for mast people maybe 2 hours to read. The story line is as much about customer service as it is about sales.
This book isn't the same old template of here is how you deal with the person and now here is how you close them. The ability to sell yourself goes much further then pushing a product or a service. Your clients will respect you for honesty and integrity and even though that may not put money in your bank account now at some point in the future it will.
Highly recommended for anybody who just wants to get better at sales. This book is not glitz and glam but it will help you or your sales team.
The sales tips at the end are good reminders of how to sell
Insightful, Enjoyable and Believable to Sell without Selling
This book totally grabbed me and took me by surprise... I didn't know it would be so good. My expectation was low but curiosity high, and really thought it would be just another typical "how to sell" book, WRONG! Terri Levine put a different and creative touch to this book that few business authors do; "Sell without Selling" is very real and "down to earth" approach to help people relate and understand connecting with others, via selling. This book is a "MUST READ" especially for those of us who hate to sell but know the importance and value selling has to do with business.

This is a a basic primer regarding selling, starting even with chosing your business name. But buried in each section are lots of tips and examples. I will say that they didn't relate to a craft business like mine (jewelry) but many of the terms and phrases could be used. I did get several ideas of what I need to do to help develop a list of terms and statements I could use. It is divided into several sections, with specific steps and things to accomplish in each....great to help you step through a project from start to finish.
