This is my bedside table radio. It’s a little large for the space, but it was the most reasonably priced HD radio I could find that also had an alarm / wake up function.
In that role, it works great, though I discovered that it’s quite important to stretch out the antenna wire to make sure you get good reception. Mine runs along the baseboard.
This Jensen unit has the added advantage of an iPod dock, which means you can use iTunes tagging to remember songs from Radio Heartland. Hear a song you like, push the “tagging” button, and the radio tells the iPod to go look for that song the next time you hook it up to a computer. It’s a very nifty system, and it works!
