Customer Service ?
The shirts are great AND arrived in plenty of time. However, I got several confusing messages from the Customer Service Department. Initially, I was told that the shirts would not be deliver3ed in time for Christmas. Then, I was told that they shipped. AFTER I received the shirts, I got another message (this one VERY rude in tone) informing me that there was a snow storm and NOTHING WOULD SHIP until further notice. (Moral of the story...don't believe every customer service message that you get from this seller.)
