Good watch
It is a 40mm watch with magnified day/date excellent for those of us that are a bit blind. The watch keeps excellent time with a decent look the band feels cheap but for the price is a good buy this is a good watch for use at work.
Amazing Watch for Amazing Price
I just received this watch, and I'm still amazed at how Pulsar can build this watch and have it sell for this price. It's one of the sharpest looking "diver style" watches I've seen, and I've looked at hundreds of watches with blue dials and stainless steel bands on numerous web sites.
I'll admit I'm a fan of a blue dial/stainless steel look. Other reviews have "dinged" this watch because the band felt "flimsy", but I don't understand why. This band is as heavy and sturdy as any watch I've owned including Seikos. The blue color of the bezel is lighter color blue than the dial. In fact, the dial is such a dark blue that it can almost appear black unless you are in direct sunlight, but the darker color dial serves to make the numbers on the dial and the hands stand out even more.
The magnifying part of the dial window is a nice feature. I can actually read the day and date w/out my glasses. As noted in the specifications, the watch is 41mm wide and EASILY readable. Also, I haven't seen a magnifying window on ANY lower cost watches like this one. I don't know how scratch-resistant the dial window is, and I know some watches with a raised magnifying window have had problems with the magnifying window getting scratched because it stands above the watch face, but that is less of a concern to me because I don't plan to wear this watch when I'm working in the yard, etc. Even though this watch is advertised as a "diver style" watch, it is dressy enough that I plan to wear it as more of a "dress watch". My everyday "beater" watch is my Timex Ironman which has served me well, but it's not dressy enough for me when I want to go out for a night on the town.
I was somewhat apprehensive about buying this watch because I doubted that a watch this inexpensive could look as good as it does in the picture. I was wrong - it looks even BETTER! Thus far, I'm very pleased with this purchase.
pulsar pxn107 review
Very nice watch, large numbers with illuminated hands that is ideal to make it easy to tell time day or night. The magnifying bubble on the day/date also makes it easy to look at without need for glasses for the people getting older and find it difficult seeing small lettering. The only thing that I have issues with is that the metal bracelet is too flimsy. But with that said, is no worse than bands found on higher price watches. Over all great looking watch at a great price.
