Bread baking
Use 1/3 cup of grain and 1 cup of water and cook into a cereal. Add this to your favorite bread recipe.
Adds moistness, nutty flavor and nutrition to homemade bread.

Very good product
This makes a great breakfast cereal and is also good in place of rice or potatoes. Very fast delivery.

Amaranth, the useless grain.
It seems I have been dupt! Amaranth does not pop like popcorn,cook up like oatmeal ot make a nice side dish like Quinoa.

I have looked and looked but I cannot find anything to do with it.
