Simply the best book there is on astral projection
Practical and insightful, in this book you will learn about the secret of success in projecting, which is mental concentration, and a bunch of other important points that other books don't cover.
This is the latest edition of his astral book, the third.
Astralweb is the corresponding website with a bunch of useful material for those who are wanting to learn how to do this.
One other thing I will mention is that the author does not waste his time telling you all about his astral adventures like the others do, he simply gives you the necessary techniques so that you can have those adventures yourself.
