Album Description
Symptoms Of A Leveling Spirit is Good Riddance's most eclectic to date. Of course, it's still a punk album, but full of sub genres - from speedcore to melodic punk and everything in between. Symptoms is awash in melodic punk, from the opening number to the closing alt-punk hidden track, Good Riddance reels out a barrage of hummable songs and hooky choruses. 14 tracks. 2001 release.

Truly a Classic, A must have
A half-hour record with material for every punk fan.Feauturing melodic fast punk to well done hardcore songs. it also has some music videos on the cd: "one for the braves" from their past album. It's impreesive how they have improved since then. This energic punk rock album is one of the best punk material that u can get. My only thing to say is that it passes very quickly. This is the best good riddance album. A must have!
Amazing...
This is the best recording by Good Riddance yet. I have played all of their previous records to the point of exhaustion, but symptom is a leap in terms of production, and focus of message. Russ R. is so solid. This album locks Good Riddance into my all time top 5. Great for fans of Thrice, Kill Your Idols, Bane, and even Pennywise. Thanks guys!
Not their best work
This is a good CD, but I think that their past work was more aggressive and that's what made them what they are. I don't have a problem with musical evolution, but to me this CD lacks something and it never really quite grabbed me. Personally their last CD (or their first) is the best, so I'd recommend you get those before you go out and get this one. It's a bit slow and whilst it has more variety, it just misses that certain indefinable quality that all great CD's have.
