 | Aristotle's Physics: A Guided Study (Masterworks of Discovery) by Joe Sachs
Buy new: $26.95 / Used from: $11.09 Half the students use this edition, the other half use H. G. Apostle's. Sachs' translation is unique. Apostle's is very rigorous in terms of Greek to English consistency. You kind of have to go the SJC bookstore the get the Apostle edition easily. Try not to use Richard McKeon (The Basic Works of Aristotle), though. My friend found words in there that weren't even words.

Buy new: $21.76 / Used from: $11.98 Hume wrote in English, so they're all the same really. I guess it just depends how many footnotes you care to have. This one has a bunch, I think. I find them distracting, and unless they are the author's footnotes, they aren't appropriate for class anyhow.

Buy used from: $20.00 This is the Norman Kemp Smith translation. My tutor told me this one is a little older but readable (as far as the book goes). He also said there are two other good translations that are newer, but I don't know the advantages of them. You'll have to check them out. They're by Werner S. Pluhar and Sebastian Gardner.
