Customer Reviews

good inspiration4
I have found this little book to be very helpful. Yes, some of her ideas are simplicity itself. But, frankly, after 1 1/2 years of eating >90% raw, I needed some new, uncomplicated ideas. All of the gourmet stuff offered by others is wonderful but with 3 small kids, I simply don't have time or inclination to pursue that level of raw cuisine. However, I do get tired of smoothies and salads! So, this book really helped kickstart my raw menus. I like it.
It is a legitimate criticism that the subtitle indicates no machines while many of the recipes call for a food processor or a dehydrator. But, other than that, I have no complaints.

Great Book!!5
If you are busy and want to get your feet wet with Raw Foods without being overwhelmed this is your book. We love it...it is a must buy for your Raw Collection. You will use recipes from this book because they are totally doable!!

was sorry to see that we still need mahines3
I am sorry to see that many of the recipies require machines.. I can deal with a blender and a food processor...but a dehydrator? come on..I thought this book was about NOT shelling out money for machines.
