With this versatile cutting disc, you'll create 1/4-inch square strips of potatoes, zucchini, and turnips for deep frying or baking, coarsely chop tomatoes and onions for salsa, make sticks of celery and carrots and other vegetables for salads and crudités, and cut strips of fruits for salads and preserves. The raised shelf behind the cutting blade prevents slices from colliding with the disc itself, providing perfect, uniform strips every time. Good for skinny fries
This disc quickly whipped out shoestring fries. Works great. I'd also like to have a disc that made slightly larger fries too though.

Disc cutter
Disc cutter works on vegetables well, but I would like to have a larger, possibly an 8by8mm, opening for larger french fries.

Fry Potatoes Not (Yellow) French Frys
This disk blade will make the string shape potatoes and fruits that we all love. The potatoes and fruit will come out firm straight. Not mash or wiggling ... The potatoes goes right through the disk blade and never backup or bend.
