About the Author
FALDELA WILLIAMS was born and raised in her grandmother s house in a close knit Muslim family. Her grandmother was a great cook and it was at her side that Faldela learned many of the secrets of Malay cooking. Through the years she has adapted many of the older Malay recipes, using time-saving methods and appliances to make these dishes more accessible.
