Incredible Installation Problems Have Been Resolved
As a previous ACT user, I looked forward to ACT for Real Estate. The original installation was very difficult, and I sent a letter to the CEO of Sage Software. Their Technical Support Staff has gotten the problems solved and been cooperative and supportive in getting me up and running. I'm learning how to use this program and it appears to be very comprehensive. I am especially glad to have all emails sored in my Client Contact Records. I originally rated this with 1 star but have changed this to 4 stars in view of their support and cooperation

Buyer Beware
Our agency purchased this product Jan 27, 09. As soon as it was installed it started causing problems with the Outlook Business Contact Manager. I contacted the Technical dept and was told that it was not the ACT software but Microsoft Office. I had our IT specialist look at my computer system and he was completely baffled. Needless to say, I have returned the product for a refund, but I am out the return shipping and the IT visit.

I strongly recommend caution with this product!
