Marsha Meanss book is a must read for every woman who has a husband struggling with sexual addictions. In these pages is a compassionate portrayal of these women, and she offers some how tos in dealing with their husbands and their private devastations. A wonderful book!

The wife of a sex addict must also confront the secret sin of her husbands addiction. Beginning with the devastating disclosure or discovery, she must deal with her emotions, grieve her losses, and - most importantly - identify and change her own part in the addictive dance. Marsha Meanss book is an excellent guide for women who seek recovery and healing. It correctly points wives toward changing themselves, rather than focusing on their husbands. With biblical principles as a foundation, this helpful resource offers information, understanding, challenges, and hope. Living with Your Husbands Secret Wars will be my standard recommendation to Christian wives who are married to sexual addicts

Not for those with a true sexual addiction1
I purchased this book shortly after discovering that my husband had a sexual addiction. For me, the book was too basic. If you're upset because you found an "off color" magazine in your husband's nightstand, then this book is for you. If your partner has a true sex addiction, this book seems juvenile and rediculous.

Everything I wanted and More!5
This book was AWESOME! Through all my pain I searched and compared every book out there side by side, on a tight budget I struggled to find the right one that pertained the most to me and my situation. Every book seemed to touch on different areas of the wife's pain, but this book was everything I wanted and more, not only that, but it just overall gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to work through my pain, as well as the gift of hope. To have something to reach for. It is a must read, I usually dedicate about a week to a book, but I just couldnt put it down, I read it cover to cover today, I recieved it last night!

A little tough love.4
I thought this book would be one where forgiveness was better than judgement. Unfortunately, despite how well it is written, it throws the book at any offender who may so much as appear to be sneaking. I think that it really needs to focus on communication, wound healing, and loving so much the multitude of minor infractions are forgiven, and any few serious ones are dealt with the hope of reconciliation. Many adults, whether male or female, are growing up seriously in need of serious help. Divorce should never be the first or middle option..... it should be the last. That is tough love.
