Great little tool.
It's a simple little device that helps you set your brake cables without knarling up the cable. It's quick and easy.

Pedro's Cable Puller - good not great.
The Pedro's Cable Puller is a serviceable tool that is about the same quality as all the rest, with, perhaps, the exception of Park Tools cable puller. The Park tool appears to have more padding on its blue vinyl handle than the Pedro's thin, yellow tool grip. The thickness of the padding is not a big deal, but the Pedro's tool compares more to the Avenir line rather than a Park tool. I suggest you find the lowest priced tool, buy it. The park tool is closer to $40, this one is half that. Icetoolz are also a good buy.

Brilliant cable tensioner
great to adjusting brake lines or shifter cables. Works as intended -- just make sure you're pushing against the right thing, cause I popped off the cap at the end of a wire once because I was using it backwards and that cap was just crimped on.
