From the Back Cover
Your feet represent a virtual map of your whole body. In fact, thousands of tiny nerve endings in the bottom of your feet, called reflexes, correspond to each and every organ and system with in the body. Reflexology is the art of stimulating these points to elicit a healing response from your body’s central nervous system. But how do you know which pressure point will relieve your migraine and which one will soothe your nerves or ease your lower back pain? In the easy-to-follow Living Arts Massage: Reflexology, certified massage therapist Michelle Kluck demystifies the reflexology process and offers simple techniques that you can use on yourself or a friend to relieve common physical complaints, such as high blood pressure, indigestion or tension headaches.
As you learn to release the energy pathways of the body, allowing blood to flow freely, you’ll learn to give—and receive—the most effective and healing foot massage ever. After a stressful day, nothing could be more soothing or relaxing.

Foo Foo Foot Massage3
I viewed this video out of curiosity as I am trained in the Ingham-Byers Method of Reflexology. The intro was excellent and I expected more of the video. It stresses more massage than actual techniques used in reflexology. As a massage it is a very good but please call it massage. If you really want to learn reflexology go to the seminars given by the International Institute of Reflexology. Massage therapists and nurses can actually get CEU's for attending.

This tape is excellent. It divides the foot and body into body systems, much like the other tapes, however, the techniques and better exhibited and explained than any of the others I've seen. In addition, much time is spent on arranging the client in order to protect back and knees as well as keep the recipient comfortable.

Looks good, but...2
This video is very well made, but it is too general to be of much real use. It seems like it is more about foot massage than reflexology.
