I was very satisfied until the 8th month when the unit started to leak all over the floor. If I hadn't been home I don't know how much damage would have been done. Since my warranty was only for 6 months, and it lasted 2 months longer, the factory would not stand behind the product. Stay away from this particular bidet toilet seat!
