It's Penquin and it's not really complete. But Vermes, like Wise (See DSS-Revised Edition: A New Translation)and Martinez (See DSS Study Edition)is a respected DSS translator.

John C. Trever was a young graduate student in 1947 when he realized the significance of the Isaiah scroll he saw and then photographed. Trever's photographs and his ability to tell a tale with passion make all of his books accessible and easy to follow, catching the reader in the excitement of the discovery and the dangers of the times.
