A note about corn chips and corn tortillas: even Whole Foods may have cross-contamination issues. (Chicago Tribune, December 13, 2008). Many, many manufacturers do not use dedicated gluten-free lines. It may be counter-intuitive, but, 'made of corn' doesn't necessarily mean 'gluten-free' because of cross-contamination.
