Modern soccer demands great emphasis on increased speed. Today’s players are given less space and time in which to perform. As the level of competition increases so does the speed of the players . Running speed (without the ball) must be developed with technical speed (running with the ball) if players and teams are to exploit weaknesses in the opposition.

Single most helpful program ever!
Watched this program one time and literally improved my speed. The sections that cover proper technique for running will make a difference to anyone. Technique is key to speed!
Helpful, but not advanced
This is a good intro for some of the most fundamental moves in the game. I once had a coach tell me you only need 3 moves in your back pocket (that you can perform in your sleep) and you can get by 90% of your opponents. If you are looking for these 3 basic moves, this is likely your video (translation: it's great for a younger or less experienced audience). But if you are looking for fun or relatively advanced trickery, keep looking.

Ok, I guess. If you don't want to pick out a decent book from the library or purchase one, perhaps it is better than nothing at all.
