Like all Evesham pieces, the dishes feature a glossy white background decorated with different kinds of fruit. Russet-colored leaves pick up the gold band that trims the rim of each plate and the teacup. Low Quality China
I first received this pattern of plates from my mother years ago. At the time the china was made in England and of the highest quality. I needed a few extra place settings for a recent party and ordered 4 more full dinner sets from Amazon. Sadly, the quality is far inferior to the original china in my collection. The new plates are no longer made in England and they are thinner and not nearly as fine quality. The fruit pictures look like a child glued them on, and the colors are not of the same fine quality. I would stay away from this pattern and china as it is no longer the high caliber it once was.
