Pyrex passes the test of time
I've had my measuring cups for almost three years. In that time, I have used them in the microwave to cook small servings of vegetables, I've chilled them in the fridge with dairy products to make ice cream, I've measured everything from milk to peanut butter. They look *exactly* as they did when I bought them. No cracks. No scratches. No nicks. The printing is as clear as the day I bought them. These products perform time and time again with no hassles, no worries. And, they are very easy to clean! I love my measuring cups.
Doesn't get better than this
For measuring liquids... it doesn't get much better than this. The containers are sturdy, hold up well to anything you can dish out at them, and clean up easy. Measurements are clear and precise.
More Uses than just Measuring
These glass measuring cups are perfect for melting butter or heating water to boiling in the microwave. You can also use them to mix up a small batch of salad dressing.
They are really indispensable in any kitchen. While I tend to measure even some liquids in my metal measuring cups, I reach for these when the quantity of liquid goes over one cup. You do have to raise them to eye level to see if you have poured in just the right amount.
I seem to reach for these everytime I cook! They are also handy for measuring chopped vegetables or fruit.
My grandmother used all the Pyrex items when she was baking and I love them too.
