Amazon.com Review
Here’s a nice little saw that’s perfect for consistent cuts at the jobsite or at the heart of the do-it-yourselfer’s workshop. It’s got all the bells and whistles that the big boys have, including T-slots for the miter gauge and a self-aligning fence.
The 13-amp motor produces a no-load rpm of 4,700, and combined with a cut capacity at 90 degrees of 3 inches, it’s a handy saw for trim carpenters and home woodworkers. Even at 45 degrees, you’re still able to cut 2-1/2-inch stock. Blade height and bevel adjustments are smooth and easy, and the fence moves well on the rails, locking securely. Be aware that this table isn’t the solid-surface type; instead, it’s got openings in the surface. Watch your fingers.
Of course, this saw doesn’t have much rip capacity to the right of the blade (not quite 10 inches), as it doesn’t have table extensions, but at this price, we wouldn’t expect that. The saw is still Delta-quality, and we think it’s great for the home do-it-yourselfer who needs to cross-cut 2-by-4s for a deck or other home project.--Kris Jensen-Van Heste
Amazon.com Product Description
The SM200L portable table saw with stand is lightweight and goes where you need it with plenty of capacity. It is powered by a heavy-duty, 13-amp, 120-volt motor for power and dependability and also has a self-aligning rip fence that locks itself parallel to the blade with a single control lever. The TS200 is perfect for woodworkers who demand high quality and consistent performance at an affordable price. A smooth, anodized aluminum table top provides an ideal work surface, and blade controls are up front for convenient access. The blade-tilting mechanism has positive stops at 45 and 90 degrees, adjustable for accuracy maintenance. Front and rear locking self-aligning rip fence maintains accuracy at the cut. For cutting wide material, integral T-slot grooves hold the miter gauge to prevent tipping and twisting when extended beyond front of table, increasing crosscutting capacity to 13 inches in 1-inch thick material. Convenient out-of-the-way storage holds miter gauge when not in use. A large paddle-style power switch is mounted on the front of the machine for easy shut down. Two-year limited warranty on machines, parts, and accessories. Includes saw, stand, extension wing, support extension, rip fence, miter gage, 10-inch saw blade, standard table insert, blade wrenches, and instruction manual.

Could have been higher
This saw is a starter saw and I am a beginner. However the skills needed to align the blade (No it was not aligned when it arrived. It was over a 1/4 inch off and the blade was touching the table.) requires a skilled mechanic. I attempted to contact Delta through thier website and although promised assistance in one business day it never happened. I recontacted Delta and was again promised assistance. That never happed either.
The post from another buyer, thank goodness one who is experienced with table saws was how I fixed my saw. I had to completely disassemble the saw, adjust it and reassemble.
Works for Me
I didn't need to adjust my blade. However, aligning the guard with the blade is a bit tricky. I also wish the table telescoped to accommodate larger workpieces. However, for the money, I think this is a great saw, and comes with a cross-purposable stand that I can mount my grinder on. It's also easy to catch the sawdust through the bottom of the saw if you use the stand. Otherwise, you can just put the saw on bench - just makes cleanup harder. The mitre gauge and rip fence work as advertised. Crosscuts are a piece of cake, and I ripped 2x4 to 2x3 with a 15 degree bevel, no problem. Pushsticks would be nice, but it's easy enough to make your own. Changing the blade level and angle is real easy, too with the spring loaded lock.
Stetzer
Wish I had paid more attention to the prevous review! Thought O.K. it can be adjusted. That's good. ... But not when it is so badly out of alignment that adjustment parameters(which are very hard to access) can't do it. It took several hours and some custom work to get this unit into alignment. DON'T buy unless you like frustration.
