From the Publisher
We have been publishing the "Mountain Directory" books for nine years. Every time we reprint we add new pass and grade information and the original black and white maps have been replaced with very high quality color relief maps. Our phone number is in the front of the books and we offer a money back, no questions asked guarantee. After nine years, we are still waiting to make our first refund. We have also published a CD-ROM that includes both books. It is available at Amazon.

Mountain Directory
This book and it's companion Mountain Directory West are a must-have for every RVer. It usually is not a problem climbing and descending hills IF you are prepared. These two Mountain Directories provide the elevation at the top, % of incline, length of the incline, unexpected curves, posted speeds and much more pertinent information. Driving and using the expertise offered in these two valuable books assure each trip will be more enjoyable as well as help make your wonderful RV adventure much safer.
RV travel necessity!
As an RV owner, this book has been the best guide when we travel outside our comfort zone. The selling point was: if truckers use it, then anyone who travels in/with an RV should take heed and follow suit.
It definitely has been worth every penny. My husband & I charted our travels throughout the U.S. with this book, which has possibly kept us out of dire predicaments (we hear the horror stories our fellow RVers tell!).
I highly recommend this book and the companion book (for the West side of the U.S.) to anyone who seriously travels in any type of RV or motorhome. (Truckers are the kings/queens of the road and should know!!)
