World Class Reference
The content is superb, immages a unique variety and quality usually not seen in a reference book in this price category. Since so many of the images are wounds it is a "must have" for hospital outpatient wound clinics. I showed this book to a Fort Lauderdale area wound specialist who heads wound care clinics in three major area hospitals and he immediately ordereed copies for his office and all three clinics.
Dr. McDonald's work on this referece is a world class standard for meidcl reference material.

Disappointing
Material poorly organized and lots of key images not included. Disappointed. Check out instead First Aid for the Internal Medicine Boards, ISBN 0071421661, published by McGraw-Hill Medical.
