a godsend for sensitive skin
one of the hardest products for me to use is sunscreen, which isn't great because I have extremely pale skin. my skin is very sensitive to silicones, mineral oil, and chemical sunscreen (even euro brands). physical blocks have their own set of problems; most are greasy and/or have a white cast and a gritty feel. This stuff is great though. the ingredients are all natural, and it uses a very good form of micronized zinc so there is no white cast or gritty feel. however, this is not a moisturizer per se. I suppose if you have oily skin you could use this as a moisturizer, but barring that you will need to layer it over a moisturizer. This is a sunscreen only for me. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since I started wearing this every, and for once it's nice to be able to go outside for 10 minutes without getting burned! this is also a great base for mineral makeup. I'm getting ready to purchase my second jar of this and just couldn't be happier.

Great for Rosacea sufferers
I've been using this product for years. Because it does not contain harsh chemical sunscreens, it's great for my Rosacea-prone skin. I do not spend extended periods of time in the sun, so I don't know how protective it is against burns, but for an every day sunscreen, it's great. The reason for only 4 stars is that it can be drying. To help, I put a very light layer of Alpha Lipoic moisturizer from Ultra Aesthetics underneath (also great for my Rosacea, but may be harsh for some). I used to suffer from burning, itching, red skin. Since I've been using these two products, my Rosacea seems non-existent.

A very soothing sunscreen
This is the first sunscreen that did not cause me to break out. It is the first natural sunscreen that did not leave my face pasty white. It feels very soothing when you put it on, leaving your skin soft and smooth. I have been using it for about a month and have not broken out once. Very good product.
