I wear them all weekend long
I came a little bit late to fatherhood and so the age when you need reading glasses and the time of life when you're changing diapers and rolling on the floor with little ones came together for me..
I used these glasses for DIY and weekend carpentry ... activities which have been displaced by playing with the boys. I wear these all weekend long because they're bi focal so I can look my kids in the eye over the magnifying part and peer down to assemble little bits, screw things together and read medicine bottles. I wore $150 bi focals which lasted a very short time but these plastic safety glasses have lasted 4 years!!! I'm now buying an upgrade .. er ... I'm moving from 1.0 to 1.5.
Oh yeah .... my wife hates them but the kids want a pair to wear like dad!
