Buy new: $31.97 / Used from: $31.72 Ms. Croze's first, self-titled CD was an excellent introduction to this unique voice, and "Un bruit qui court" is even better and more varied. Her voice is reminiscent of some of the best Ethiopian female singers.

![]() | Terry Riley: The Cusp of Magic by Kronos Quartet
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $10.95 Kronos Quartet never bores or disappoints. "The Cusp of Magic" is one of their best CDs so far. For those who like a taste of Chinese music mixed with the genius of Terry Riley, this is for you. Wu Man, who plays pipa, adds much to the goings on here. Be sure to check out "Ghost Opera" (the next in this list) as well.
