Amazon.com Product Description
It doesn't get any better than the Boston soft footbed clog from Birkenstock. This casual cutie will put all of your foot problems to rest with its super comfy signature molded footbed that will curve to your every need. The adjustable strap over the vamp will provide the best fit while its flexible design and casual good looks will always be an appropriate style.

From the Manufacturer
This is the real deal. Cork, leather, a buckle or two: these are the simple ideas that have made feet happy for over two hundred years, and that's the original Birkenstock. These shoes are made in Germany since 1774. No smoke, no mirrors, and no gizmos are needed. You walk, the shoe molds to your foot. The shape of the Original Birkenstock Footbed enables body weight to be distributed evenly over the whole foot, providing it with optimal support.

Customer Reviews

I love these shoes, but. . .5
I love the wool fabric and the beautiful color of purple and the softer footbed, but those of you who have dogs with spiky short hair (like a rat terrier, for example), just know that those hairs will stick in that wool and have to be pulled out one by one. Or not. I happen to think that most things are improved by a thin layer of dog hair stuck to them. Like the carpet. It lasts longer covered by dog hair, I think, and I'm expecting these shoes will too. Also, the wool uppers are cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

So Comfortable!!5
This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. For the first few days I wore these my legs and feet felt kind of sore - but felt "right." It was very bizarre. It was like my legs and feet were finally how they should have been but it was uncomfortable to transition to the "correct" way. Now when I come home and take off my work shoes (I wear a uniform so I can't wear Birkenstocks to work.... sigh) and put on the Birkenstocks my feet feel so much better. Got these at a great price and now will have to buy some more pairs!!

Love these!!5
I used to think that Birkenstocks were only for hippies and not for me. But then I developed Plantar Facitis and after trying every other shoe out there, I asked bith my mother and my mother in law and took their recomendation. What a difference these shoes have made! I love them and am going to buy another pair!
